Bob Edlefsen, Partner at NSBN, has over 35 years of public accounting experience.
Bob
specializes in real estate services for clients who develop,
operate, and manage commercial, industrial and residential
real estate. He provides consultation, tax, accounting and
audit services in connection with real estate acquisitions,
dispositions, development, operation and management and,
is a specialist in the area of affordable multi-family housing.
Prior
to joining NSBN in 1980, Bob was an audit manager at an
international accounting firm where he worked for 11 years.
