January 16, 2009
City of Beverly Hills - Due January 31, 2009.
City of Los Angeles - Delinquent if not postmarked by March 2, 2009.
City of Culver City - Delinquent if not postmarked by March 2, 2009.
City of West Hollywood - Delinquent if not postmarked by May 1, 2009.
City of Santa Monica - Due July 1, 2009. Delinquent if not postmarked by August 31, 2009.
