Steven D. Asher, Partner at NSBN, provides auditing, tax and accounting services, financial analysis, business operations and general management consulting. With an expertise in real estate services, Steve analyzes property cash flow, re-negotiates debt and evaluates real estate transactions. Within the affordable housing industry, he ensures that clients are in compliance with the current laws and regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the California Housing Finance Agency and the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee. Steve also provides audit services for nonprofit organizations and employee benefit plans.
Steve has served as the Chairman for the NSBN Annual Golf Tournament for 16 years, raising over $500,000 benefiting United Cerebral Palsy.
