NSBN LLP 14th Annual Golf Tournament

Net proceeds to benefit United Cerebral Palsy

Beverly Hills, California--(Market Wire)-- October 18, 2006--NSBN's (www.nsbn.com) 14th Annual Golf Tournament, co-sponsored by EastWest Bank, with proceeds benefiting United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) is scheduled for Thursday, November 2nd, 2006 to be held at the Robinson Ranch Golf Course in Santa Clarita.

The golf tournament is part of NSBN's ongoing charity program NSBN Gives Back. As in the past, proceeds from this tournament will benefit the many programs and services of UCP, an organization dedicated to building a community filled with dreams, choice, freedom, and promise where all persons are welcomed and accepted, regardless of disability. Participants of this golf tournament will help feed, clothe, and house more than 350 people with significant developmental disabilities. It will assist families in meeting the 24-hour demands of raising disabled children. It will also help children with disabilities to receive vital treatments that will impact the quality of life they will have as adults.

The golf tournament will be held at Robinson Ranch, located at 22734 Sand Canyon Road, in Santa Clarita, Calif. "This is the most enjoyable event that one could take part in while 'giving back' to a worthy cause" says Steve Asher, Partner at NSBN and golf tournament chairman. In

addition to the golf tournament the day will include continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments on the course, hosted cocktails, silent auction, raffle, & dinner. This year, participants will have the option of 9-hole golf and a golf clinic.
