Accounting Firm's CPAs Earn CFE Certifications

Los Angeles, CA, October 29, 2008-NSBN LLP (www.nsbn.com) Certified Public Accountants and Business Consultants in Beverly Hills is pleased to announce that the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the world's leading provider of anti-fraud training and education, awarded Jenifer Siou, CPA, and Eric Smetana, CPA, the globally preferred "Certified Fraud Examiner" (CFE) designation. CFEs are knowledgeable in four areas critical to the fight against fraud: Fraudulent Financial Transactions, Criminology & Ethics, Legal Elements of Fraud and Fraud Investigation.

The ACFE's Board of Regents awards this designation only to select professionals that pass a series of four exams covering Fraudulent Financial Transactions, Criminology & Ethics, Legal Elements of Fraud and Fraud Investigation. In addition, these select professionals need to meet a stringent set of criteria, including character, experience, and education. Siou and Smetana have successfully met these criteria and now join the ranks of over 45,000 business and government professionals worldwide who have also earned the CFE certification.
