Jack
Neinstein, Partner at NSBN, provides accounting, income tax
and estate tax planning, financial analysis, and business
and general management consulting, specializing in the areas
of real estate and high net worth individuals. Jack has been
with NSBN since 1967. As
a real estate specialist, his areas of expertise include
structuring partnerships and limited liability companies
for purchasing entities, negotiating both purchases and
sales of property, arranging refinancing, analyzing economic
feasibility of real estate investments, restructuring problem
properties, structuring 1031 non-taxable exchanges and use
of appropriate entities for estate planning and asset protection.
For
much of his career, he has served the affordable housing
industry by preparing cost certifications and performing
annual audits as required by the Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD) and the California Housing Finance
Agency (CalHFA).
