If you input data incorrectly, into wrong accounts or years, the information/reports you get will be incorrect. Let us help you identify existing or potential problems at an early stage to avoid business decisions being made with wrong information.

What can you do to avoid or correct these problems? Tell us what software accounting program you are using from the beginning. As you encounter problems and issues, tell us so we can make recommendations to you or your bookkeeper—sooner rather than later.

(DOS, Windows or Macintosh?)
Which version are you using? (E.g. QuickBooks 1.0 or 4.0, or Quicken 98 or 2000 etc.?)
Send a copy of your current data file.
Are you having a problem or issue? If so, please describe the problem.
Be sure to include your name, your business name (if applicable), and the name of your usual contact at NSBN.
You may also fax this information to (310)859-0374 and mail a backup copy of your data on a floppy disk directly to Josephine.
